ANDERSON When a 3-year-old child tested positive for cocaine, Anderson police obtained warrants for both parents.
Monique Jones, 26, of Belhaven Circle in Belton was charged with unlawful conduct toward a child on Friday, according to the incident report.
There is no immediate report of her husband’s arrest.
“The child was removed from her parent’s care, and both parents also tested positive for cocaine,” Officer Christine Cauthen said in her report.
