Violence erupted at an Anderson laundromat Sunday when a dispute over an undisclosed amount of change left in a machine escalated to threats from a rock and a knife.
Anderson County Sheriff's deputies said three men were involved.
A 38-year-old Anderson man was found holding a knife at the East Shockley Ferry Road laundromat. Two other men, ages 31 and 38, were found in the parking lot.
Earlier, two of the men argued over the change. One man grabbed a rock, and another pulled a knife and threw it at the first man, who had turned his back and was attempting to flee, according to the incident report.
The knife, which missed its target, was picked up by the first man, who turned around and began chasing two men, the report states.
Deputies listed each man as a suspect and each man as a victim. No one was injured, and the three men signed complaint withdrawal forms, Deputy M. Voigt said in the report.
